ICC Design and Construct Version Guidance Notes - August 2011 (Amendment March 22)

The Infrastructure Conditions of Contract: Guidance Notes have been prepared to assist users of this Contract in the preparation of contract documents and the carrying out of contract works. They are comprehensive and explain the differences in the role of the Engineer in the Measurement Version and the role of the Employer's Representative in the Design and Construct Version.

• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
