ICC Measurement Version Guidance Notes - August 2011

This document has been specifically prepared to assist users of the new Infrastructure Conditions of Contract Measurement Version with the preparation of contract documents and with the execution of the project itself. Though not a legal interpretation of the Contract, these Guidance Notes are a practical guide to 'good practice' in the conduct of civil engineering projects.

• Orders received after 3:45pm will be processed on the next working day.

If you need to return a title for any reason ...

• Contact our customer services team first to explain what you are returning and the reason
• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
