Intended for use where the works are simple and straightforward and the potential risks for both Employer and Contractor are considered to be small, the Employer being responsible for providing the Contractor with all information in his possession relevant to carrying out the works. The Appendix to the contract provides a choice of basis upon which payment will be ascertained.

Guidance Notes are included in the contract but do not form a part of the Conditions of Contract.

If you need to return a title for any reason ...

• Contact our customer services team first to explain what you are returning and the reason
• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
