ICC Design and Construct Version - June 2018
This 2018 version is a complete revision of the earlier (2011) Design and Construct Form. Based on the 2014 With Quantities Version in respect of its core provisions it clearly makes the Contractor fully responsible for design and construction of the Works. It adopts the convention that such contracts are lump sum contracts with no remeasurement of the work. The contract is capable for use for international construction projects.
