Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Responsible Person must ensure all fire safety equipment is properly maintained. This logbook supports that duty by following BS 5266-1:2025 as the minimum benchmark for emergency lighting systems, enabling thorough, ongoing inspection, servicing, and documentation.

• Contact our customer services team first to explain what you are returning and the reason
• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
